1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of high order volume, processing may take additional time. Customers will be notified of any delays.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling fee.

5. Courier & Logistics Partners
We use reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Chitrang India is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A confirmation email/SMS
- A tracking number and tracking link
- Tracking details may take 24 hours to become active.
7. Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
8. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
- Chitrang India will not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Take photos/videos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at esspeeshop@gmail.com
Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
10. Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit:
- We will investigate with the courier partner
- If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund as per our Return & Refund Policy
11. Partial Shipments
- In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
- You will be informed if this happens, and there will be no extra charge.
12. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes
- Military addresses
- Restricted or non-serviceable pin codes
Serviceability depends on courier availability.
13. Force Majeure
Chitrang India shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
