Chitrang India — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chitrang India. We strive to deliver quality products and a delightful experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to:
- All products purchased from Chitrang India (www.chitrangindia.com or authorized marketplaces)
- Orders placed online through our website or mobile app
Please note: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
2. Order Cancellation
- You can request order cancellation within 6 hours after placing the order and before the order is shipped.
- To cancel your order:
- Log in to your account → Orders → Cancel
- OR Contact our Customer Support at support@chitrangindia.com
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Return Eligibility
You may return your product if it meets all of the following:
✔ Received damaged, defective or incorrect item
✔ Item does not match product description
✔ Return request made within 7 days of delivery date
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital downloads or printable sheets
- Items marked Final Sale
- Consumables once opened (if hygiene sealed)
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Log in to your account at www.chitrangindia.com
- Go to Orders → Choose Order → Request Return
- Select reason for return and upload photos (if damaged)
- Submit the request
Alternatively, email us at esspeeshop@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Photos of the issue
- Reason for return
You will receive a confirmation within 24–48 hours.
5. Return Shipping
- For damaged/defective/incorrect items, return shipping is free.
- For all other valid returns (change of mind), you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use the pre-paid label (if provided), otherwise follow our shipping instructions.
Important: Please securely package items to prevent damage during transit.
6. Inspection & Processing
Once your return is received:
- We inspect the item within 2–5 business days
- If approved, we’ll process the refund
- You will receive an email regarding refund status

8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Item is only partially faulty
- Missing accessories
- Product damaged after opening (not eligible for full refund)
9. Exchange Policy
At this time, exchanges are processed as:
- Return → Refund
- Place a new order
This ensures faster processing and better tracking.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank statement
- Contact your card bank
